Macdonald Realty's Info Session
Friday, MAY 24, 2024 | 12pm to 1pm on zoom

Topics include:
- What does it take to get into real estate?
- What does a day in the life of an agent look like?
- What sets apart a highly successful real estate agent from a less successful one?
- Q&A
A career as a Real Estate Agent provides great opportunities, such as:
A future with no cap on how much income you can earn
Gaining tremendous satisfaction in helping guide clients in big-ticket investment decisions
There's also a lot to consider:
It's 100% commission sales-based, so no steady paycheque
It's very competitive and typically on you to find your own clients to serve
We look forward to sharing valuable insights!
About the Speakers
Mark Winter has been on Macdonald Realty's senior management team since 1998, and currently serves as Director, Agent Development. He is primarily responsible for the Connected Learning platform at Macdonald Real Estate Group and hiring new real estate agents. Mark is a Professional Certified Coach (International Coaching Federation) and a Certified Organizational Coach (UBC). As a specialist in this area, he has authored and published his first book, entitled A Different Conversation.
As a lifelong local of the North Shore, Andrea lives just 15 minutes away from where she was raised, with her husband David and their two sons.
She began her real estate career as an agent, alongside her husband (who has spent the majority of 30 years in real estate with Macdonald Realty); then, at the insistence of her Managing Broker, became a Sales Manager in 2019.
Andrea's success as a Sales Manager ultimately led her to become a Managing Broker, a role where she is able to build on her passion of helping and guiding realtors to create their own thriving businesses within the real estate industry.
